We’re seeking a passionate EH&S Safety Supervisor to champion a “Safety Always” culture in a fast-growing, high-tech manufacturing operation. This is your chance to make an impact from the ground up in a dynamic, innovative industry.

What You’ll Do

Lead and implement EH&S programs to manage risk and exceed regulatory standards.
Drive safety initiatives across chemical, process, and equipment safety disciplines.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure safeguards and training programs are in place.
Build and maintain Emergency Response Team (ERT) responsibilities.
Investigate incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Influence safety culture at all levels of the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
6+ years of EH&S leadership experience in complex manufacturing (semiconductor, solar, or chemical preferred).
Professional certifications (CSP, IH, or CHMM).
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and agency interaction.
Ability to lead without direct authority and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
