Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to grow and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and business clients throughout Central Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, building long-term partnerships, and representing a trusted local brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Promote and sell janitorial, cleaning, and business supply products
Educate customers on professional-grade cleaning chemicals, paper products, and janitorial equipment
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions
Manage assigned sales territory within a 60-mile radius of Waco
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely local delivery
Track sales activity, follow up on leads, and maintain customer records
Represent the company professionally in the community

Qualifications & Skills

Previous sales, route sales, or business-to-business sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable visiting customer locations and managing a local territory
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Experience in janitorial, cleaning, industrial, or supply sales is a plus
Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
