Salary: $18.00-$20.00 an hour, DOE

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Carpenter to join our construction team in the Columbia Basin area. The ideal candidate has hands-on carpentry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.

Pay Range - $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry duties including framing, installation, and repairs
• Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using basic and advanced tools
• Read and follow blueprints or project plans when required
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpentry or construction preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions 
• Familiarity with power tools and measuring equipment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all projects)
