Electronic Assembler – 2nd Shift
Location: East Metro, MN (Woodbury area)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour (includes shift differential)
Duration:  through May 2026

key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated electronic assembly work in a fast-paced environment

• Assemble components into printed circuit boards (PCBs) and final products using hand tools and prep machines

• Identify and install components based on written/oral instructions, assembly drawings, and BOMs

• Conduct testing and quality checks at multiple stages to ensure compliance with customer specs and IPC standards

• Package and label completed products following final build procedures and shipping instructions

• Complete pre-assembly tasks such as stocking lines, printing/applying labels, and collating materials

• Maintain flexibility to shift tasks, processes, or procedures based on supervisor direction

• Communicate any defects or issues with materials, tools, or processes promptly

Qualifications

• Completion of ESD Safety training and IPC-A-610 certification (training may be provided)

• Ability to read and interpret work routers, schematics, BOMs, and component polarity

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Comfortable working in a team environment with changing priorities

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

• Previous electronic assembly experience preferred but not required
