The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall supervision, management, and profitability of the branch. This role leads branch staff, promotes a culture of teamwork and service excellence, and drives sales and service performance. The Branch Manager uses reports and market insights to set and adjust goals, develop staff, manage SEG programs, and build relationships with businesses, community partners, and vendors.
Lead daily branch operations to ensure profitability and performance
Foster a positive, professional, and service-focused branch culture
Analyze performance reports to drive sales and service goals
Coach and develop staff to meet individual and team objectives
Manage SEG programs and product updates
Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and vendors
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Leadership experience in a branch, banking, credit union, or financial services environment
Strong sales, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
