We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Installation & Scheduling Coordinator to manage project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure seamless installations. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and update project schedules, including change orders and site requirements
• Obtain installation quotes and coordinate with subcontractors
• Ensure projects stay on track by adjusting delivery dates and notifying key team members
• Work closely with General Contractors (GCs) to confirm site readiness
• Keep subcontractors and installers informed of schedule changes
• Maintain an installation calendar and ensure all teams are aligned
