Carpenter Laborers – Demolition & Reconstruction

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Laborers to assist with demolition and reconstruction projects for a local construction company in Duluth, MN. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with prior carpentry or construction experience who enjoy working on active job sites and contributing to quality rebuilds.

This position involves working alongside skilled carpenters on remodels and rebuilds, assisting with tear-outs, framing support, material handling, and job-site cleanup to keep projects moving efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and reconstruction work
• Load, unload, and transport building materials
• Support carpenters with framing, material prep, and general carpentry tasks
• Follow safety procedures and job-site instructions at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in carpentry, construction, or remodeling
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, can read blueprints
  
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team
