Job Description

We are seeking a Windows 11 Deployment Technician to support the installation and deployment of Windows 11 systems in an Entra-joined environment managed through Microsoft Intune. This role involves hands-on system setup, software installation, and support for both local machines in St. Paul and remote systems across global locations. Some equipment may require preparation and shipping to end users.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows 11 on Entra-joined devices using Microsoft Intune
• Perform Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system installations and upgrades
• Install, configure, and validate Windows-based applications
• Deploy and support Microsoft software and tools
• Install and troubleshoot engineering software applications as required
• Prepare, image, and ship systems to remote users when necessary
• Provide basic troubleshooting and documentation of installation processes

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system installations
• Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune device management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft software and environments
• Experience with engineering software installations preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployments

Additional Information

This is a temporary contract position focused on Windows 11 rollout and system deployment. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to support both on-site and remote users effectively.
