Job Title: General Laborer (PART TIME) – Concrete Company

Job Summary: Assist with concrete construction tasks, including site preparation, mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete. Perform physical labor and support tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation: Clear debris, level ground, and set up safety barriers.
• Concrete Mixing/Pouring: Mix and pour concrete, ensure proper measurement and consistency.
• Formwork: Set up, secure, and remove concrete forms.
• Finishing Work: Smooth and texture concrete surfaces using tools.
• Tool Operation: Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Material Handling: Transport and handle materials.

Qualifications:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavy lifting and outdoor work.
• Basic Math Skills: Understand measurements and calculations.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure quality in concrete work.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous construction or concrete work experience is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions with potential exposure to noise and dust.
