Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our disaster restoration and reconstruction services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing existing relationships and identifying new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects
- Provide regular updates and reporting on sales performance and pipeline
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand our client base
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the disaster recovery or construction services industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Strong customer/client service
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on one's experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
