Salary: $20-$24/hr.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial and protective coatings, surface preparation, and finish application for restoration projects. This role involves working on a variety of structures and materials, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet safety and durability standards.
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and masking
Apply industrial coatings, paints, primers, and sealants using sprayer guns, brushes, and rollers
Select appropriate paint types, gloss levels, finishes, and application methods based on project requirements
Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools, including spray guns and compressors
Follow restoration specifications, safety protocols, and industry standards
Inspect finished work to ensure quality, consistency, and durability
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Transport tools and materials to job sites as needed
Proven experience as an Industrial Painter, preferably in restoration or similar environments
Strong knowledge of industrial paints, coatings, gloss levels, finishes, and application techniques
Proficiency with spray equipment, brushes, and other painting tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods
Comfortable working in industrial environments and on various surfaces
Ability to lift materials and equipment as required
