Front-End Loader Operator

Located in Durham, NC

Salary: $22/hr.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Front End Loader Operator to join our team immediately. This position plays a key role in safely and efficiently moving hard-scape materials and assisting customers with material loading. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating a front-end loader and forklift, a strong work ethic, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Operate a front-end loader, forklift, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently

·         Load and unload hardscape materials such as pavers, stone, and block

·         Assist customers with material selection and loading while providing friendly, professional service

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work yard

·         Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

·         Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience operating a front-end loader (required)

·         Forklift operating experience preferred

·         Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions

·         Strong attention to safety and detail

·         Customer service–focused personality with good communication skills

·         Ability to lift and move materials as needed
