We are seeking a motivated Brand Ambassador/Marketing Specialist to promote and sell franchise services within an assigned territory.

This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, increasing sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Promote and sell services to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Grow and develop a strong customer base through consistent contact and follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships and educate customers on why we are the best cleaning and restoration company.
• Provide accurate pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates.
• Monitor assigned jobs to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Customer Satisfaction

• Communicate with centers of influence (COIs) to address and resolve concerns.
• Connect with customers in person, by phone, and through email.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving any COI issues efficiently.

Marketing & Revenue Growth

• Meet or exceed your sales quota and increase revenue in the territory.
• Set up closing appointments and maintain accurate contact lists.
• Conduct daily marketing contacts to build rapport and gain referrals.
• Identify “Top 25” target contacts and schedule one-on-one meetings to convert them into clients.
• Participate in associations, host Lunch-and-Learns, and promote CE courses.
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and educate customers on emergency preparedness.

Professional Development

• Continue building strong sales skills to improve closing success.
• Develop production and estimating knowledge to improve credibility with COIs.
• Understand tools, resources, and competitive advantages.
