We are hiring immediately for an experienced Bookkeeper with advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online to support a fast-paced automotive services environment in Elizabeth, NJ. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day accounting functions independently and accurately.
Manage all bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Assist with payroll coordination and reporting
Prepare financial reports for management as needed
Ensure compliance with accounting best practices and internal procedures
Expert-level experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in an automotive or service-based business is a plus
Pay rate: $26.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Full-time, on-site position in Elizabeth, NJ
