Duties

• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Help patients with mobility, including lifting and transferring them safely.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care activities.
• Support individuals with disabilities and developmental disabilities by providing tailored assistance.
• Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, particularly in geriatrics.

Skills

• Strong understanding of physiology and basic medical knowledge.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficient in caregiving practices that enhance patient comfort and safety.
• Familiarity with hospital medicine protocols and outpatient care procedures.
