Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support a busy automotive service environment in Elizabeth, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating information, and being the first point of contact in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone in English and Spanish

• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide status updates

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, timelines, and next steps

• Assist with paperwork, intake forms, and basic administrative tasks

• Coordinate between customers, technicians, and management

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Provide excellent customer service while handling multiple priorities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Previous customer service experience (automotive or service industry preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using phones, computers, and basic office software

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly pay: $22.00 per hour
