Schedule: Monday to Friday - Full time opportunity

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our client’s team. This is a full-time position starting through our agency, with the opportunity to roll over directly with the warehouse upon completion of your contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Oversee accurate picking, packing, and preparation of customer orders, including printing bills of lading (BOLs).
• Receiving & Stocking: Manage incoming inventory, ensuring items are received, unpacked, counted, and stocked using RF handheld devices and barcoding systems.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels through restocking, cycle counting, and resolving discrepancies.
• Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Operational Management: Lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations, driving efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience managing warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, and packing.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience with material handling.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy metal safes and lighter boxes repetitively throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.
