Lead Accountant – $80k/Yr - $100k/Yr DEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Accountant to oversee the accounting operations for a company that is located in Anaheim, CA, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.

• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff.

  

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

·       5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

·       Proficiency in accounting software

·       Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST.
