Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Operator to join a first-shift manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to produce precision metal components while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Ideal candidates will have experience reading blueprints, performing inspections, and working in a continuous improvement–focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up press brake jobs according to work instructions and production requirements

• Manufacture parts using representative samples, templates, fixtures, and blueprints

• Operate various press brake machines safely and efficiently

• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy

• Accurately record production times and job data

• Handle materials and move parts as required

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Participate in 8D problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives

• Train team members in qualified skills as needed

• Follow all guidelines of the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system and contribute to continual system improvement

Physical & Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance if needed)

• Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements

• Ability to repetitively lift and extend arms above shoulder level

• Ability to stand and remain on feet throughout the shift

• Willingness to assist in multiple work areas as assigned

• Strong attendance and reliability are required
