Carpenter

Located in Waupaca, WI

Salary: $30.00/HR+

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $30.00/HR+

Duties: 

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools

• Construct and install frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes

• Ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes and safety regulations

• Collaborate with tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently

• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a carpenter or framer, preferably in residential or commercial construction

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
