Position Overview
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in cargo operations, logistics coordination, and customer support. You’ll work closely with our operations team to help manage shipments, track cargo, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating domestic and/or international cargo shipments

• Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers and internal teams

• Prepare and review shipping documents and basic operational reports

• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status

• Support daily office and operational tasks as needed

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation, or related field)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

• Willingness to learn and grow within the cargo/logistics industry

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
