What You’ll Do

• Direct, supervise, and support production crews in forming, reinforcing, pouring, finishing, stripping, and handling concrete products.
• Plan, sequence, and allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production goals.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings, assign tasks, and ensure crews understand expectations and safety requirements.
• Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and keep production on schedule.
• Inspect forms, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement techniques to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Enforce plant safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
• Train and mentor employees, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate equipment use, material deliveries, and inventory checks.
• Complete production logs, time sheets, and daily progress reports.

 

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in concrete production, precast manufacturing, or related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixes, reinforcement practices, casting procedures, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production plans.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, cranes, rigging equipment, and other plant machinery.
