Position Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Cycle Counter to support accurate inventory management at our Oceanside, CA facility. This role is responsible for performing regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and working closely with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by researching transactions and coordinating with warehouse and production staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy within the ERP/MRP system by entering adjustments and maintaining proper documentation.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with annual physical inventory counts and audits.
• Verify inventory locations, lot numbers, and quantities.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records in compliance with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
