Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting industrial equipment, structures, and surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets safety and company standards. Prior experience in industrial painting is required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and applying primers

• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

• Mix paints and coatings to achieve required colors and consistency

• Inspect work for quality, coverage, and adherence to specifications

• Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an industrial painter required

• Knowledge of surface preparation, paint types, and application techniques

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various positions

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to work in industrial environments, indoors and outdoors

• Safety-conscious and able to follow OSHA guidelines
