Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team on both day and night shifts. Forklift experience is a plus but not the primary focus of this role. Associates will support production operations and ensure a safe, efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with production line operations and assembly tasks

• Perform general labor duties to support daily production goals

• Move materials and products within the facility (forklift use as needed)

• Conduct basic quality checks and report issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred

• Forklift experience helpful but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Availability for day or night shifts, including weekends if needed

• Steel-toe boots required

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
