Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Server to join our team at a residential facility. This role is responsible for providing meal service to residents in a courteous, respectful, and timely manner while supporting a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve meals and beverages to residents according to dietary guidelines and schedules

• Assist residents as needed while maintaining dignity and respect

• Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals

• Ensure proper portion control and presentation of meals

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

• Clean and sanitize tables, dishes, and dining areas

• Communicate resident needs or concerns to kitchen or supervisory staff

• Assist with light kitchen or food prep duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or food service experience preferred

• Ability to work with elderly or special-needs populations with patience and care

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

Requirements:

• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
