Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Door Assembler to join our production team. This role involves assembling door components, operating basic hand and power tools, and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble door components according to specifications and work instructions

• Measure, cut, and align materials accurately

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

• Assist with general labor duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to read measurements and follow written or verbal instructions

• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Steel-toe boots required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
