Job Title: Welder/Fitter – 1st Shift

Location: Sunnyvale, TX
Pay Rate: $20+ per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Welder/Fitters with strong mechanical aptitude to join our 1st shift team in the Mixer Department. This role involves welding and assembling motors and parts for heavy-duty equipment used in the concrete industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit and weld structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications
• Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as required
• Assemble motors and mechanical parts with precision
• Use fabrication tools such as torches, grinders, and measuring instruments
• Inspect welds and assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Proven welding experience (MIG required; additional processes a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling motors and parts
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
