The Forklift Operator / Tire Loader-Unloader is responsible for safely loading and unloading tires using a forklift and through manual handling as needed. This role requires attention to safety, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and adherence to workplace dress and conduct standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload tires from trailers and warehouse areas using a forklift

• Manually handle and stack tires as required

• Safely lift and move materials weighing approximately 20–80 lbs

• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Comply with company policies regarding attire and equipment use

Requirements:

• Forklift certification (provided on-site by the company)

• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (20–80 lbs)

• Steel-toe boots required

• Dress code compliance:

  • No derogatory or inappropriate language/images on clothing

  • Must dress warmly as needed; no hoods permitted while wearing hooded sweatshirts

  • No earbuds or headphones allowed on the floor

• Safety vest and gloves will be provided and must be returned at the end of each shift

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and loading dock setting

• Physically demanding role with standing, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift
