What You’ll Do:

· Perform guest room and public area repairs

· Handle carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and minor electrical tasks

· Maintain exterior building areas and outdoor common spaces

· Monitor and clean pools and hot tubs

· Assist with grounds upkeep and landscaping

· Complete preventive maintenance checklists

· Communicate effectively with team and guests

· Lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous maintenance experience or skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical

· Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

· Weekend availability required

Schedule & Pay:

· Full-Time | 8 AM–4:30 PM or 4 PM–12:30 AM

· $17/hr

· Overtime opportunities available!
