Temporary Security Guard (Contractor Position)

We are seeking a Temporary Security Guard to support daily site operations and maintain a safe, secure, and organized environment while contractors are on site. This is a temporary position expected to run for approximately one year, ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented individual.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Occasional Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain control of all site locks and keys

• Sign in and sign out contractors daily and maintain accurate records

• Verify authorization and ensure only approved contractors are granted access

• Monitor contractor activity to ensure they remain in designated areas and follow site rules

• Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the site

• Perform general cleaning and light housekeeping duties to keep the area presentable and safe

• Communicate clearly with contractors, supervisors, and staff regarding site procedures and expectations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to remain alert, professional, and attentive throughout long shifts

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures

• Prior security or site-monitoring experience is a plus, but not required
