Press Brake Operator

Salary: $22/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Press Brake Operator position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to perform bending operations on metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and material requirements
• Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings for each job
• Configure and run press brake equipment for various bend angles and materials
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Experience setting up and operating press brake machines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift and position metal sheets (typically 25–50 lbs or more)
• Manual dexterity for precise material alignment and machine adjustments
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a team
