Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour / DOE
 Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

A manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support growing operations. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing office experience who is detail-oriented, comfortable with inventory data entry, and confident using basic math and computer systems. You will support customers, internal teams, and production by ensuring accurate order and inventory information.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory and order data with a high level of accuracy
• Assist customers with routine orders and product inquiries via phone, email, or fax
• Provide timely updates on product availability, pricing, and shipping status
• Perform basic math related to orders, quantities, and inventory
• Process order changes, cancellations, returns, and credits
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and internal teams
• Support manufacturing and office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, and data entry
• Provide light receptionist coverage as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with P21 (Prophet 21) software preferred-not required
• Comfortable with inventory data entry and basic math
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
