Position Overview:
 
We are seeking a driven Business Development Project Manager to join our Lake Havasu City team. This role blends sales, project management, and client relationship development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing bids, selling projects, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and opportunity identification.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle—from bidding and estimating to execution and follow-through.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate proposals.
  • Maintain strong communication with contractors, custom home builders, and homeowners.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage internal systems and estimating software to track opportunities and manage workflow.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
 
We are looking for a “unicorn” candidate who brings a combination of skills, relationships, and drive, including:
  • Local to Lake Havasu City or with strong ties to the community.
  • Existing relationships with contractors or within the construction/building industry.
  • Background in construction services or a related field (insulation experience not required).
  • Skilled at cultivating new business and prospecting for opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working in internal systems and project management tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $50,000 per year, paid weekly on Fridays.
  • Commission: 6% of gross profit (GP$) on your individual collected net sales, paid monthly.
  • Forgivable Draw:
    • Additional $35,000 forgivable draw during the first year to support earning stability as you ramp up.
    • After 12 months, performance will be reviewed to determine whether the draw is extended, reduced, or discontinued.
  • First-Year Earnings Expectation: Typically, $70,000–$75,000 including base, commissions, and draw.
  • Company Vehicle: Provided for business use (personal use, if allowed, will be tracked as a taxable benefit).
  • Cell Phone Stipend: $45 per month.
  • Ownership Opportunity: Employee ownership begins after two years of service (no waiting period for eligibility once tenure is reached).
Team & Reporting Structure:
  • Join a small, collaborative team of 5 in Lake Havasu City, supported by a larger regional structure.
  • Report directly to the Regional Manager, who will be actively involved in the hiring and onboarding process.
