Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking an SMT Technician for a company in Stacy, MN. This role involves setting up, operating, and adjusting SMT equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining equipment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20–$25
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Surface Mount Technology: Set up, operation, and adjustments of SMT equipment
- Monitor and maintain SMT equipment
- Perform quality control inspections
- Inspect products under a microscope
- Perform basic computer tasks
Qualifications
- Able to inspect products under a microscope
- Perform basic tasks on a computer
- HS Diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience preferred
- Organized, computer savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Vision and manual dexterity to make precise movements; ability to lift 25 lbs
Physical Requirements
- Sit/stand at machines/workstations for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
- Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers
