Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a highly skilled Lead Solder Assembler for a company in Stacy, MN. This role involves hands-on work with electronic components and requires strong technical skills and IPC certification.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20–$25
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electronic developmental and production equipment, parts, components, and systems according to engineering instructions and customer specifications
• Follow work instructions, prints, schematics, and drawings accurately
• Perform soldering and assembly tasks with precision
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with IPC certification
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits at component level

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, schematics, and drawings
• Strong technical computer system (hardware & software) knowledge
• Self-motivated with hands-on problem-solving style
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills
• Education: 2-Year Electronic Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience; IPC Certification required

Physical Requirements

• Sit/Stand at work benches/work stations
• Lift up to 50 lbs
