Responsibilities

  • Assist in sanding, grinding, and welding operations
  • Set up and operate grinder/sander equipment per specifications
  • Perform measurements and quality checks on parts
  • Maintain safe, efficient production flow and teamwork
  • Follow all safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
  • Familiarity with measuring devices for diameter checks
  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours in varying weather conditions
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious
  • Previous manufacturing and manual labor experience highly preferred
  • Ability to assist in welding operations
  • Consistent job tenure (preferably one-year increments in work history)
  • Strong punctuality and excellent attendance record
