Our client is dedicated to sustainability and compliance and are looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant who will play a vital role in keeping their office running smoothly.

This role is critical in maintaining smooth office functions, ensuring professional communication, and assisting with compliance-related administrative tasks.

What you get to do:

Answering phones, screening calls and taking messages

Typing

Data Entry

Faxing

Copying

Other clerical duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:

Friendly on the phone

Self-starter

Experience in an office setting and as a receptionist required

Experience with Word and Excel

Attendance and punctuality are extremely important for this position as well
