We are hiring an experienced Residential Rough Carpenter for an immediate start on residential construction projects in Fort Lauderdale as soon as THURSDAY, 12/18. 

Job Duties:

Wood framing for single-family and multi-family homes

Layout, walls, floors, and roof framing

Install studs, joists, trusses, sheathing, and blocking

Read and follow residential blueprints and plans

Safely operate hand and power tools

Maintain clean and safe job sites

Requirements:

Proven residential rough carpentry experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Reliable transportation to local job sites

Own basic hand tools

OSHA 10 a plus (not required)

Compensation & Details:

$30/hour

Contract position

Steady work for the duration of the project
