Production and Finishing Associate – Printing and Packaging Department
Pay: $15–$17 USD per hour (based on shift, location, and experience)
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts — must be available to work alternating weekends
We are hiring Production and Finishing Associates for a large-scale printing and packaging facility. This position supports multiple areas focused on cutting, wrapping, and preparing printed products for shipment. Candidates with experience in slitting (cutting), machine operation, packaging, or general manufacturing are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
You may be trained and assigned to one or more of the following areas:
Cutting and Material Processing:

Operate or assist with machines that cut printed materials to size

Monitor equipment, make basic adjustments, and ensure materials meet quality standards

Inspect finished products for measurements, alignment, and potential defects
Wrapping and Packaging Areas:

Operate or assist automatic machines that wrap and seal finished product packages

Load materials, monitor production flow, and verify proper packaging

Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
Finishing and Final Packaging:

Count, sort, and bundle printed pieces

Apply labels, assemble kits, and prepare products for shipment

Stack and palletize boxes, verify quality, and ensure orders meet customer specifications
Requirements

Preferred experience in printing, manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse work

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during 12-hour shifts

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and high attention to detail

Availability to work alternating weekends as part of a rotating shift schedule

Must pass a background check and drug screening
