A busy fleet operation on Oʻahu is hiring a Fleet Diesel Mechanic to keep company trucks and equipment running safely and reliably. If you’re experienced with diesel engines, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance — and want steady weekday work — this is a solid long-term opportunity.
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Perform routine fleet maintenance (PMs, oil, filters, inspections)
Complete major repairs on drivetrains, suspensions, and engine components
Use diagnostic tools and scanners to troubleshoot issues
Document work performed and ensure DOT compliance
Keep fleet vehicles safe, road-ready, and reliable
Experience as a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Comfortable with diagnostic tools and shop equipment
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment
Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently
Weekly Pay
No weekends — steady Monday–Friday schedule
Full-time, long-term opportunity
Variety of fleet vehicles (not the same repair every day)
