Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator for our valued client in Warren, OH!

 

Shift: 1st shift - 7am to 7:30pm | 2nd Shift - 7:00pm -7:30am

 

Pay: $17.50 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct daily operator maintenance on machines assigned to operate
• Follow operational procedures and ensuring safety is always followed
• Conduct inspections of the forklifts before and during operations
• Conduct inspections of the equipment to identify issues
• Take part in repair and installation activities
• Notify manager of all issues when noticed
• Manage relationships with fellow employees
• Keep operations logs and metric boards and reports up to date on hourly activities
• Take part in coverage of employees during times of vacation and other company obligations
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5-years experience operating equipment
• Experience in conducting preventative maintenance
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attendance on scheduled days and shifts
