We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and keeping operations running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent service
  • Check and distribute mail daily
  • Create and manage invoices
  • Check parts in and maintain accurate records
  • Follow up with customers regarding estimates and payments

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Customer service experience required; sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Hours:
Full-time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
