We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support manufacturing and industrial facilities with equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. These roles are critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
Technicians may be responsible for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems depending on the facility. Work environments range from automated production floors to heavy industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Work with PLCs, sensors, motors, and drives
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues
Document repairs and maintenance activities
Requirements:
Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with PLCs and industrial controls preferred
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or on-call as needed
