We are hiring Machinists and Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing facilities in the area. These positions involve operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machining or production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities may include setting up and operating manual lathes and mills, running CNC or production equipment, performing tool changes, monitoring part quality, and completing in-process inspections. Candidates may work in job shop or high-volume production settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor extrusion/blow molding machines to ensure efficient production
  • Coordinate production activities, including monitoring multiple lines when needed
  • Perform mold, insert, and color changes on production lines
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with basic maintenance
  • Maintain product quality through inspections and adherence to standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous machining or machine operation experience

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

• Mechanical background and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
