Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives  - $17/hour

 

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for multiple Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives. 

 

Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities: 

  • Provide professional and courteous communication with coworkers, management, and customers, including handling emails and phone calls effectively.
  • Manage diverse customer inquiries, including escrow details, payments, and loan maintenance, while referencing training materials and system tools.
  • Maintain service-level expectations, adapting to varying call volumes and fast paced workflows, particularly during peak times or after new account transfers.
  • Keep detailed and personalized notes to aid in call resolution and training.
  • Organize and maintain information for quick reference during calls.
  • Follow assigned schedules, ensuring punctuality and adherence to break and lunch timing. 
  • Communicate technical or training needs proactively to management. 
  • Manage calls effectively by multitasking, typing notes while speaking, and resolving customer concerns in real-time

Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives Qualifications:

  • Meet the assigned minimum number of phone calls/attempts/accounts per day.
  • Typing score of 45 WPM. 
  • Good tenure at previous jobs (2+ years in a relevant field).
  • Maintain attention to detail in data entry and recording conversations.
  • Ability to work independently from home in a quiet, uninterrupted environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure information is easily accessible and utilized effectively
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives Shift: 

  • Required hours are Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • One Saturday shift every four weeks (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and a compensatory day off the following week.
