A fast paced insurance agency is seeking to add to their team for a Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

Handle communication with customers, understanding insurance policies and assisting customers, assist with the underwriting process and facilitating policy changes and other duties as assigned. 

This is a direct hire opportunity

Salary based on experience

Monday - Friday 8:30A - 4:30P  

Qualifications

• Active property and casualty insurance license 
• Customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Strong communication skills
