Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a service manager for a boiler company in Centennial, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience predominantly technical work in the field, repairing, installing and working on boilers/plumbing/electrical and/or HVAC systems

 

Job Highlights:

• Oversee and support a team of field service technicians and service representatives covering the Denver metro area and surrounding states
• Act as the primary coordination point for scheduling, dispatching, and prioritizing service calls based on urgency and customer impact
• Serve as an escalation point for customers, technicians, and internal staff to resolve service, parts, and scheduling issues
• Ensure accurate tracking of service activities, customer information, and parts usage within company systems
• Support the growth of the company and workflows to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

 

What we look for:

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and support teams in high-pressure service environments
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working within ERP/CRM or service management systems
• Technical background in boilers, HVAC, or mechanical systems; experience transitioning from field work to a leadership or office-based role is strongly preferred
• Excellent professional communication skills with the ability to handle difficult customer and employee conversations calmly and effectively
