Front Desk Agent

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay

  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing

  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests

  • Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

  • Maintain accurate guest records and follow resort policies

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment

  • English is required for this position

 

Availability to work weekends, 9a.m. - 5p.m.
