Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Mechanical Helper / Skilled Laborer to assist our maintenance and mechanical team in Shreveport, LA. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, physically fit, and comfortable taking direction—often helping with various tasks throughout the day as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist mechanics and technicians with daily tasks and projects

• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Gather, move, and dispose of debris and materials

• Retrieve tools, parts, and supplies as needed (“go-for” tasks)

• Help maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform general labor duties as assigned

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Mechanical or construction experience a plus, but not required
